Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases made through the KitsuneNeko Network Market ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell modding services (heist runs, level/rank recovery, unlocks) performed on live, third-party published games (currently Grand Theft Auto V), and pre-modded accounts for those games. We are an independent modding service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other game publisher whose games we offer services for.

2. Publisher terms of service & account risk

The modding services and modded accounts we sell are not authorized or sanctioned by the relevant game's publisher and are very likely to violate that publisher's terms of service or end-user license agreement. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Any account involved (yours, or one we provide) may be suspended, banned, or permanently closed by the publisher at any time, with or without notice.
• We have no ability to prevent, appeal, or reverse a publisher's enforcement action, and we are not responsible for it.
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether this risk is acceptable to you before purchasing.

3. Fulfillment

After payment, you must join our Discord and open a ticket with your order reference so staff can fulfill the order. For account purchases, credentials are delivered via Discord ticket once payment clears. Delivery windows shown on each listing are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a refund.

5. Payments & disputes

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Please contact us via Discord before opening a chargeback — see our Refund Policy for how we handle refunds.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Market after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
