Privacy Policy

This describes what information KitsuneNeko Network Market ("we") collects when you use this site, and what we do with it. We're operated out of Canada; if you're visiting from the UK/EU, the same information below applies to you too.

What we collect

• Account info from Clerk (our auth provider): your email address, and anything else you choose to add to your profile (name, avatar).
• Your Discord username, which you provide at checkout so staff can reach you to fulfill your order.
• Order history: which service you bought, when, for how much, and its fulfillment status.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe or NOWPayments, our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number, crypto wallet private keys, or similar. We do receive your payment confirmation, amount, and (for card payments) an email address from Stripe.
• Standard technical data any web server sees (IP address, browser type) via our hosting provider's logs.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed below, who each process it under their own privacy policies to help us run this site.

Who we share it with

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe and/or NOWPayments — payment processing, whichever you choose at checkout.
• Discord — order fulfillment happens through Discord tickets; your Discord handle is shared with our staff there.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept indefinitely for accounting and dispute- handling purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time via Discord; we'll remove what we can, though some order records may be retained where we have a legal or accounting reason to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through our Discord. Most account details (email, name, avatar) you can already view and edit yourself from your account settings.

Cookies

We use session cookies set by Clerk to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
